Was my shaolin video real & what was my reaction? 👀 BTS of the stick break! 💖 So many of you asked if the sticks were real & the truth is they didn’t want to let me try because it was solid wood 😅 I just made it look a little easy because I had already trained my core for this! For context I was saying it was easy not to show off but so they’d let me try it because they were worried it would be too painful for me, but I think that proves how real the sticks were! 🤣 Let me know if you want to
