Robert Douglas Damron (born October 27, 1972) is an American professional golfer, who has played on the PGA Tour. He is a studio analyst for the Golf Channel. Damron was born in Pikeville, Kentucky and raised there and later in Orlando, Florida after his father, a wealthy Kentucky coal magnate, moved the family to Bay Hill.

Robert Damron signed for a bogey-free, 5-under 65 in the first round of the Mayakoba Golf Classic. Damron had five birdies on his round, which is his lowest since the 2006 FUNAI Classic. Like many others playing on Past Champion status this week, Damron’s fantasy value is minimal but every once in a while, he gets hot for four rounds.
