Nov 7, 2023 · Magsafe power-bank wirless charging issue. When I try to wirelessly charge my iPhone XR with my magesafe powerbank but the iPhone does not charge. Auto turns off by itself after 5 seconds. But when the iPhone is raised a few millimeters above the wireless powerbank, the iPhone charges, but when placed on top of the powerbank , it does not charge.

Also, you can plug a cable into the MagSafe Battery Pack then have it attach to your iPhone to charge both at the same time.
