The mother of a Navy SEAL recruit who died after completing hell week training says the cases against the men she blames for her son's death were dismissed by the Navy.

NORFOLK, Va. — The grieving mother of a deceased Navy SEAL is unhappy with how the service handled the investigation into her son's training death. Regina Mullen, whose son Kyle, 24, died in 2022, told "Good Morning America" the Navy has dismissed the cases brought against the men she blames for her son's death.
