WINONA, Minn. (WKBT) -- Former Minnesota State Senator and Fastenal founder Bob Kierlin died at the age of 85 on Monday. Kierlin was born in Winona and attended the University of Minnesota.
The idea has drawn bipartisan interest in both chambers, although it's not clear whether Gov. Walz would support the bill yet.
