Texans are reeling from the major flood disaster over the holiday weekend that killed at least 108 people, with the majority of the deaths taking place in Kerr County. At least 23 people remain missing.

Dozens of residents needed to be rescued from rising water, and hundreds of roads were closed as the storm moved over the central part of North Carolina.
