Residents for years have been asking for a major makeover of the John M. Coyne Recreation Center natatorium, which was built in 1990, through various public surveys.

The Rescue Oasis Park has a splash pad, playground and sports courts. The Oasis Swim Center, opening soon, has slides, a zipline and climbing walls.
