The No. 2 Boston College Eagles (14-4-1, 7-3-1 HE) men’s hockey team is getting ready for its second series of year, a home-and-home with the No. 6 Providence Friars (15-3-2, 5-2-2 HE) which starts on Friday night.

The Friars close out the regular season with 15 Hockey East games, the first 11 of which are against teams currently ranked in the top 13 of the PairWise.

Providence hockey came into this week ranked sixth in the country, but they have a tough test ahead of them with a back-to-back against #2 Boston College this weekend.

The No. 2 Boston College Eagles (15-4-1, 8-3-1 HE) men’s hockey team earned its 15th win of the season with a 3-0 shutout victory over the No. 6 Providence Friars (15-4-2, 5-3-2 HE) on Friday night.

The Boston College men’s hockey team picked up a midweek non-conference win tonight, defeating Harvard 3-1 at Conte. The Eagles got a lucky start, as Harvard committed a few penalties in a row to give BC a decent chunk of time on the power play.
