A House vote showed broad support for the measure that would let districts set aside time for prayer or religious study.

In a late night vote on Wednesday, the Texas House voted 95-44 in favor of a statewide THC ban. This includes all products and beverages, possession of which could lead to a year in jail.

The Texas State Aquarium has been named the third best aquarium in North America, the only Texas facility to make the top 10. The recognition comes as they prepare to celebrate their 35th birthday.
