A new policy by the California DMV allows seniors 70 and older with clean driving records to renew their licenses without having to take an online course or test.

The DMV announced on Monday, Sept. 30, that drivers 70 and older in California whose licenses expire in 2024 and later will no longer be required to take those tests.
