The University of Utah has made headlines by being ranked as the second most valuable football program among Big 12 teams

Former Indiana men’s basketball player Keith Smart was named head coach at Utah Prep Academy in Hurricane, Utah, according to the school’s release Monday.

As things stand, the Pacers are the fifth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 24-19 record. Their last 18 games have been phenomenal as they have gone 14-4 and ranked sixth in offense, fifth in defense, and fifth in net rating.

On Monday night, Utah Prep announced that it has hired Keith Smart as its boys basketball coach. Smart is perhaps best known for hitting the game winning shot in the 1987 NCAA national championship game for the Indiana Hoosiers, but he was a coach in the NBA from 2000-2019, with a few stints as a head coach.
