The Missouri Highway Patrol reports a Kansas City man died early Saturday after he fell into the water at the Lake of the Ozarks.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) reported that the drowning happened in Fan Hallow Cove, near the 38-mile marker.

The 52-year-old Kansas City man fell off a dock and never resurfaced, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
