Fern Hill’s Controversial Old Town Development Clears Zoning Hurdle, Setting Up Final Council Vote
The City Council's zoning committee approved the 349-unit apartment tower that's gotten pushback from some neighbors, along with two West Loop apartment buildings and other projects across the city.
It will be the upscale grocery chain's second Chicago location. It previously took over a shuttered Dom's in Lincoln Park.
