Tiffany, who is President Donald Trump 's only daughter with Marla Maples, gave birth to her and husband Michael Boulos ' son, Alexander, on May 15. The University of Pennsylvania alum began dating Boulos, the son of a wealthy Lebanese family with businesses in Nigeria, in 2018. They got engaged in January 2021 and married in November 2022.
