The Miami Dolphins don't appear to have any immediate plans to trade Tyreek Hill, but culture changes could be on the horizon after behind-the-scenes issues such as player tardiness contributed to a disappointing 2024 season.

Chris Grier has more hits than misses in the first round. Keeping those players in Miami has been an issue, though.

At the outset of an end-of-season press conference with G.M. Chris Grier and coach Mike McDaniel on Tuesday, Hill’s status came up. Grier said that, on Monday, he and McDaniel has “productive conversations” with Hill. McDaniel later added that the meeting lasted an hour.
