With Carroll reportedly having expressed interest in becoming the head coach of the Chicago Bears next season, it is easy to step back and see the biggest attribute that the former Seattle Seahawks coach could bring to the Windy City.

The Bears would have trouble finding a more accomplished candidate than Carroll, who has 13 winning seasons and a championship ring.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, former Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll has expressed interest in the Bears head coach job. Carroll, who parted ways with Seattle last offseason, would like to return to the sideline after a year off.
