WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis. –The Mt. Olympus Theme Park and Resort has decided to remove a ride that gave two southwest Minnesota families a scare this week at Wisconsin Dells.

Police in Lake Delton, Wisconsin are investigating a weekend brawl at Mount Olympus Resort in the Wisconsin Dells.

After a very close call for some amusement park riders, the Catapult will be removed from Mt. Olympus in Wisconsin Dells.

A bungee rope on a ride called the Catapult in the Wisconsin Dells snapped Wednesday, slamming into the concrete. "There was like a 4-inch deep hole,” rider Trevor Larson said.
