Tampa Bay Buccaneers assistant GM John Spytek will get his first opportunity to run a team himself. The Las Vegas Raiders are expected to hire him as their new GM.

For the second straight year, the Las Vegas Raiders are on the hunt for a new head coach. Antonio Pierce was fired after one full year on the job, and now the Raiders are hoping that with Tom Brady as a minority owner, they can land a solid head coaching option to compete with the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC West.

The search for a new head coach in Las Vegas is ongoing. The Raiders have requested several interviews and held several as well. And thus far it appears their top choices have said 'thanks, but no thanks'.

Former Kansas City Chiefs head coach Todd Haley is reportedly under consideration for a job with the New York Jets.
