Hyatt Hotels is kicking off a full renovation of the Grand Hyatt hotel at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport in July.

The 4-star hotel announced Wednesday plans for a $34 million, multi-phase renovation project that would begin this July.

The renovations will focus on guest rooms and suites, meeting spaces, event spaces, the lobby and corridor, as well as a redesigned restaurant, lounge and bar.
