This isn’t the final form of this icon, it seems, as previous evidence suggests that Android Auto will replace this icon with a purple gradient mic icon to better fit with Gemini’s branding.

Similar to its mobile app implementation, Gemini and Gemini Live on Android Auto will surface with a blue and purple hue at the bottom edge to indicate that the AI assistant is listening or speaking.
