FiveM and RedM developer Cfx.re is now part of Rockstar Games, showing the Grand Theft Auto developer’s interest in GTA Online and Red Dead Online role-play servers.

These RP servers are hosted on mod clients such as FiveM and RedM, created by a team known as Cfx.re. Ad. To everyone's surprise, Rockstar Games announced the acquisition of Cfx.re on August 11, 2023.

But now, it looks like Rockstar is opening the door for those mods to make the leap into the Enhanced era, courtesy of the team behind its FiveM and RedM creator communities.
