Some beloved Chicago street festivals are in jeopardy of downsizing this year because of rising costs. The Wicker Park Bucktown Chamber of Commerce told CBS News Chicago that festival essentials are more expensive than in past years,

Pamela Maass, executive director with the Wicker Park-Bucktown Chamber of Commerce, joined WGN's Evening News at 5 p.m. on Friday and warned that many festivals face an uncertain future due to rising costs and a dip in donations.
