San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy will report to the team's voluntary workouts despite not having his extension ironed out as of yet.

“49ers QB Brock Purdy, who has been discussing a new deal with San Francisco, is in attendance today for the start of the team’s off-season workout program. Some thought Purdy might have stayed away without a new deal, but that’s not the route Purdy chose,” Schefter wrote in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday morning.

A big moment is coming up in the Brock Purdy contract negotiations with the San Francisco 49ers. The voluntary offseason programs begin for the 49ers on Tuesday. And whether or not Purdy shows up could be a big indicator to his future.
