This is the second year the event will be part of the Sneds Tour, sponsored by PGA Tour golfer Brandt Snedeker. Last year's boys champion Braden Gillespie will return to defend his title.

Brandt Snedeker withdrew from the Valero Texas Open in San Antonio prior to the first round on Thursday due to a back issue. Snedeker, 44, has won nine PGA Tour events, plus the 2012 FedEx Cup.
