Beaver Lake: Reports from all waters are spotty at best because of the recent heat that has kept lots of anglers at home.

Beaver Lake: The lake level is slowly falling. The Army Corps of Engineers is releasing water through hydropower generation and occasional spillway releases.

At Beaver Lake, Jon Conklin, fishing guide, said the change generally takes awhile. It's quicker if cooler weather arrives, slower if temperatures stay warm.
