America's most famous bald eagles seem happy and busy after a second eaglet hatched Sunday morning at the National Arboretum in Washington, D.C.

For the first time in almost 70 years the U.S. National Arboretum in Washington has a bald eagle nest with eggs that are nearly ready to hatch.
