The Aaron Rodgers era is over with the New York Jets. On Thursday, the team sent out a goodbye on their Twitter/X account, and it didn't go over well with fans.

Rodgers has drawn comparisons to Brett Favre throughout his career. Rodgers started his career as Favre's backup on the Green Bay Packers, eventually taking over the starting job after Favre's departure to the New York Jets, giving the Packers 30 years of starting quarterback play between the two gunslingers.
