Donald Trump has unleashed on former MAGA mate Elon Musk, accusing him of being a “train wreck” and “off the rails” in a searing Truth Social post. The latest spat between the president and the richest man in the world has flared up after Musk promised to start his new “America Party”.

"I am saddened to watch Elon Musk go completely "off the rails," essentially becoming a TRAIN WRECK over the past five weeks,' Trump wrote on social media.

Trump said third political parties "have never succeeded in the United States" because "the system seems not designed for them."
