A Detroit man accused in the 2022 fatal shooting of a retired city police officer whose body was found in a park has been arraigned, officials said. Erik Delano Davis' arraignment was Wednesday on several charges in 36th District Court in Detroit in connection with the slaying of Stefon Hodo, 41, the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office said.

Hodo was a retired Detroit Police officer. A 30-year-old Detroit man is charged with first-degree murder and other crimes related to Hodo’s death and subsequent incidents involving two more victims, Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy announced.
