Questions remain following Saturday’s deadly crash in Marshall County, where two people were killed and two critically injured. The crash happened while one of the vehicles was being pursued by a Byhalia Police officer.

One of the officers involved in a chase that led to a fatal crash has been placed on administrative leave with pay, according to his lawyer.

Marshall County Sheriff Kenny Dickerson said the two-car crash happened around 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 4, near the intersection of St. Paul Road and Dockery Drive.

One person is dead after a crash in Collierville on Tuesday morning, according to the Collierville Police Department. Police responded to the two-vehicle crash in the area of Center Hil Road, just north of the Mississippi state line.
