Post-game WNBA announced that Griner was the top performer of the match, along with a message that read, "Brittney Griner put on a big-time performance in the Atlanta Dream’s thrilling 1-PT win over the Indiana Fever 💪"

The Fever actually took the lead with 21 seconds left on an Aliyah Boston free throw (90-89), but Rhyne Howard hit two free throws with nine seconds left to give the Dream a 91-90 win at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
