Barziela, Al Azhar Park is a really widespread, huge attraction Park with many restaurants and Cafes. I know a lot of people have weddings and engagement parties in mostly Sudio Misr and it is within average prices of bookings a little less than 5 stars hotels in Cairo. I am not sure of the exact price and it is anyway changing according to inflation rate as everything else. You need to call their posted numbers whenever you want to book. I once had a gathering in a cafe over their and the minimum charge for a group of 25 people was 50LE; that was 3 years ago. So happy for your interest in the place, it is beautiful:)
