Something warm, other than that I would suggest that anything reasonably smart would do - this is not Ladies Day - this is just a meeting and I guess there is no real dress code applied on a early spring day but the cold wind and good chance of rain will dictate warm and wet gear.

If you take a look on the Google satellite images of the area near to the A435 and the B4075 you will see that the area has a fantastic infrastructure for vehicles. I would guess that you will be dropped-off near to the Centaur wher most of the bars and hospitality suites are situated. They are unlike to drop you in the centre of a field because they want your money not your complains.
