Hi. No, thats not allowed. But i had gone for a 5pm tour which is late saver, it was less cost. U have early saver, i think that allows u to go from opening to 12pm. But sealife n madame Tussauds ticket are available in combo as both are in 1 complex. So u can save time n money in that.
Us outside food and water allowed to taken inside? If not then is there any facility to deposit it before entering and then we can collect later on exit?

Yes. You can take outside food.also, inside you have stalls with snacks only. If you need lunch or dinner, you can get it from the mall since this attraction is in the mall.
