Q:
Did you have to make reservations at the museum? How did you get a spot?

No reservation needed. I showed up around 2p and was able to easily buy a ticket at the reception and explore freely for hours. No camera fee necessary, solely an entry fee!

Hello, a family of 5 will be visiting on a Sunday and we have read somewhere that there is a free one hour tour in English that is ran by the museum. Can anyone confirm if this is still available? If so how do we book on? If anyone has a link I would appreciate it. I know its only an hour to see the highlights but we don't have much time and are also on a tight budget so it would be perfect if we could access this. Many thanks

When we visited several weeks ago, no English language tours were available that day--not because they were full, but because they weren't offered that day (staffing issues?) We were instead referred to the free-lance guides in front of the museum. However, English signage was excellent. We enjoyed exploring the museum on our own without the use of a guide.
