what are the hours?

10- 5 every day but Tuesday. They are closed that day. DO plan on being early...we went at 4:30 and I had to knock on the locked door so they would let me in!

There were several areas that were free without paying an admission fee. We spent some time enjoying those. We are not tennis fans so that was sufficient for our purpose

Is there an entrance fee to the International Tennis Hall of fame?

They will allow you to look around the grounds but to get into the Hall of Fame museum there is a fee.

What is a decent but affordable place to stay nearby?
A:
The Viking Hotel is well within walking distance to the Hall of Fame. The hotels in Middletown are the best rates. Uber or Lyft to Newport, or walk.
