February 2024 - A visit is worth it: the veiled christ is a work of art. If I were to go to Naples again, I would not go back to see the Sansevero chapel: it is basically just a room with many works,…Full review by Laurylau-p

Extremely unpleasant experience. The tickets need to be bought in advance, sometimes several days early. We bought ours on the website, and it was extremely confusing and misleading with the colour …Full review by Seb V
We are arriving by train. The only date available for the special experience 'secrets of the capella' on line is Saturday 6/15 at 7:30pm. How long does this experience last? Will there still be a train to take us back to Sorrento afterwards (9pm?)?

Well we just spend 4 days and are planning to come back for 4 more! For 1 day I would start in the historic centre and wander up and down the 3 main streets starting with Via Tribunali. Also up Via Toledo starting in Piazza dei Plebiscito. As to what to see it depends on your interests. Art, architecture, food etc. And yes this Museo Cappella Sansevero should be at the top of your list if you love sculpture and architecture. Buy your ticket in advance for a shorter wait. Don't line up for pizza at Sorbillo try one of the others e.g Pizzeria Dal Presidente or L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele. If you love great painting then the Caravaggio at Pio Monte della Misericordia should be on your list. If the weather is good take the funicolare up to Certosa e Museo di San Martino
