The 10 GB limit is for tethering, which is an additional feature not allowed by your current plan. After 22GB, service can be reprioritized if there is network congestion.That might cause slower speeds. Your current plan works the same way.

There is nothing preventing you From buy a new phone. Pay off your current device is it’s under installments and upgrade. Upgrading early means either having a mint phone to return to end your Next payments, or pay off a substandard phone. Sounds like yours is the later. Phones are sold at full price. When the at&t employees come do they just give us the box or do they put a wall plug in? I think my internet wont work due to either a cord fail or a not having the at&t branded wall plug.
